The Lyceum Northern Luzon is open to students, faculty, regular employees, alumni, and researchers from other schools.

The College Library is open on weekdays, except public holidays. Monday to Saturday - 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M

  • Guide Lines:
    1. The outside researchers are allowed to use the library resources provided that they have a referral letter from the Librarian/Chief Librarian of their parent institution. LNL Inter Library users are required to secure a Library Referral Form from the Circulation Section.

    2. Outside researchers are required to pay a fee of Php 50.00 to the Accounting Office.

    3. All library materials are for room use only.

    4. Outside Researchers can only use the College Library every Monday to Saturday.

    5. The outside researchers should strictly follow all the rules and regulations implemented in the Library.

    6. Lyceum Northern Luzon Inter Library Researchers are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the host Library.

    Loan Entitlements:

  • For college students - hourly loan - maximum of two (2) titles at a time - overnight loan - maximum of two (2) titles at a time
  • For Faculty Members - hourly loan - maximum of three (3) titles at a time - overnight loan - maximum of three (3) titles at a time - weekly loan - maximum of three (3) titles at a time
  • For Non-Academic Personnel - hourly loan - maximum of three (3) titles at a time - weekly loan - maximum of three (2) titles at a time

  • Note: Students are not allowed to borrow books for home use one week before the final examination.

    For over due books, students are reminded to return books.
    To aviod penalty for over due books students are reminded library staff thru email.

    Clearance will not signed unless accountabilities are settled.

  • Unreturned Books
  • For lost books, they should be replaced with same title, author, with latest copyright dates.

    Loss of Library Materials:
    The loss of the library materials must be reported at once. Failure to notify the librarian means accumulation of fines until the lost library material is returned. If the library materials cannot be found, the borrower is required to replace said materials.

    Damage of Library Materials:
    If the book is damaged, it must be reported at once, otherwise, the reader will be held responsible for such damage.
